By accessing, purchasing, or using any products, services, programs, digital content, mentorship, or websites operated by Master Trader Corp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of checkout and use.
1. Eligibility and Use of Services

You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk and that you are solely responsible for your financial decisions and outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, content, systems, strategies, videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary information provided by Master Trader Corp are owned exclusively by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach.
4. Payments, Billing, and No Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing, you agree to the Refund and Chargeback Policy in effect at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Trader Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or personal dissatisfaction, arising from or related to your use of our products or services.
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
