Refund, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase with Master Trader Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to the terms outlined in this Refund, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy. Acceptance of this policy is a mandatory condition of checkout.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Master Trader Corp are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, educational content, mentorship programs, and proprietary information, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once access has been granted.
By purchasing, you agree that you are paying for immediate access to intellectual property, systems, strategies, and/or services, and you waive any right to a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
2. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor for any reason.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, Master Trader Corp reserves the right to provide this policy, proof of service delivery, access logs, communications, and acceptance records to the payment processor or financial institution.
3. Limited Exception Review (Sole Discretion)
In rare and exceptional circumstances only, Master Trader Corp may, at its sole and absolute discretion, review a written request for consideration. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Any such review, if granted, is a courtesy and does not waive this policy or set precedent for future cases.
4. Proof of Access and Delivery
You acknowledge that delivery is deemed complete once access credentials, community access, live session access, or digital materials are provided. Usage, attendance, downloads, or partial participation are not required for delivery to be considered fulfilled.
5. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not through chargebacks or court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Master Trader Corp is registered.
6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By completing checkout, you affirm that you understand and agree that:
- You are not entitled to a refund.
- You will not file a chargeback or payment dispute.
- You have reviewed all relevant information prior to purchase.
- This policy is fair, transparent, and a condition of sale.
